How Do We Proceed The Orders ?

All of our orders are handmade and are expected to take 10-15 business days.

Production time depends on the complexity of the dress's craftsmanship

Please note that processing/tailoring time may sometimes increase, especially between January and April, as this is our busiest time of year!

1.Shipping Method:

Delivery to the USA:
-Standard Shipping：8-15 days
-Expedited Shipping:  4-7 days 

Shipping fees and delivery times vary for other countries.

Remote areas may experience a delay of several days.

Due to different policies in each country, some regions may impose tariffs that you need to pay for yourself. Due to your failure to pay customs duties in a timely manner, we are unable to process returns or refunds for the shipment.
